I've used it running in 30 degree F weather and it kept me warm. This is the second ColdGear fitted mock that I own - definitely worth the money.

This is a great top. I usually freeze everywhere I go if it is cold. I wore this to Alaska, to the Icy Straits. This was perfect. It was warm when it was cold and rainy. It was breathable when the sun came out. I usually swelter with other thermal under garments in the sun. Not in this top. Under Armour did it right with Cold Gear. It does a great balancing act between being warm and breathable.
